Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive two emails from SashkaCo.com. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. The second email is a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.


When will my order arrive?

Orders processing time is between 1-2 business days.



USA:  Once an order is shipped, it can take 2-5 business days to arrive (depending on where in the country you are located).

INTERNATIONAL: Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-2 weeks to arrive (depending on where in the world you are located).

 The arrival date shown on the product detail page is an estimate and can vary depending on factors such as shipping carrier, type of shipping selected and weather.

$6.99 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders up to $24.99

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping & Handling: 

International shipping is calculated at checkout. The cost of shipping with be calculated based on your country and city.  

The Monthly Bracelet Club is not available for international orders.

 All sales are final for all international orders.

 

What is shipping protection?
 

Shipping protection covers packages and products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Coverage will take effect immediately until 24 hours after packages are marked as delivered by USPS. 

If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will provide you with an exchange code equal to the value of your original order. This will allow you to select new items and replace them free of charge. 

We cannot process a refund for the shipping protection once your order has shipped.

Your order ships from our USA headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love your bracelets — and if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! You can return or exchange items for store credit within 30 days of your purchase. 

We proudly run on a trust-based system because we believe in kindness, honesty, and keeping things simple. No complicated hoops to jump through — just reach out and we’ll take care of you.

To keep this policy sustainable for everyone, we do reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if we see repeated misuse.

  • Free returns & exchanges on your first 5 orders

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Exchanges are one-time only — exchanged items can’t be exchanged again

  • Items purchased with a discount code, wholesale, or during a promotion can be exchanged for store credit. 

  • Items received for free can’t be returned or exchanged

  • International orders, mystery items, seed bead bracelets, post-purchase offers, and the Monthly Bracelet Club are final sale

  • Missing packages marked delivered must be reported within 10 days

  • Shipping & taxes are non-refundable
