Text Marketing and notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers.

 

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from Sashka Co. Bracelets, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply.

 

Message frequency will vary. Sashka Co. Bracelets reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Sashka Co. Bracelets also reserves the right to change the shortcode or phone number from which messages are sent.

 

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Sashka Co. Bracelets, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Cancellation 

 

Reply STOP to cancel. After texting STOP you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that Sashka Co. Bracelets and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Sashka Co. Bracelets through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

 

Changes to Messaging terms

 

We reserve the right to terminate or change our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to change these Messaging Terms at any time and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

By entering your email address and participating in this promotion, you agree to subscribe to our newsletter and receive promotional emails from Sashka Co. By providing your email address in the "Spin the Wheel" promotion, you are giving explicit consent to receive marketing communications from Sashka Co. Your participation and provision of your email address constitute a clear affirmative action indicating your agreement to subscribe to our mailing list.

The email address collected through the "Spin the Wheel" promotion will be used to send you promotional emails, updates, and other marketing communications from Sashka Co.
