How can I pay for my order online?

Sashka Co. accepts most major credit cards and payment processers including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. 

 

I just submitted an order; can I change it?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us below and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Once an order has been fulfilled by our shipping team, we're unable to make any changes to the order. 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time is 1-2 business days before the order is shipped.

 

How many discounts or promotions can I use at one time?

You're only able to select and use one promotion at a time. Discount codes and promotions can't be doubled up.

What comes with my bracelet?

 Each order arrives in a Sashka Co. keepsake bag with a special artisan story card. Each order arrives with a free Sashka Co. Sticker!  If you would like additional bags and story cards, you can order them here.

 

Are all bracelets exact? 

Due to the fact that each bracelet is hand crafted the bracelet design or color may vary slightly. Some bracelets may look slightly different then images due to lighting during product photography. 

 

 How do I know what size fits me?

Did my order go through?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact Customer Service.

 

Are the bracelets sold as a stack or as a single?

Each bracelet is sold as a single bracelet unless you're purchasing a set of bracelets from our bracelet sets.

 

Do you offer fundraising options?

Pricing & Promotions
Why did the price change after I received an email?

At Sashka Co., prices may change at any time based on promotions, flash sales, inventory levels, product demand, material availability, production costs, and other business considerations. As a result, a price shown in a marketing email, text message, social media post, advertisement, or other promotional material may no longer be available when you visit our website.

The price displayed on the Sashka Co. website at the time you complete checkout is the current selling price and is the price that will apply to your purchase.

Do all products receive the same discount during a flash sale?

No. While many products may be included in sitewide promotions or flash sales, certain products may be priced differently than others due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • The rarity or availability of the glass beads or other materials used.

  • Limited-production or limited-edition designs.

  • Specialty craftsmanship or manufacturing requirements.

  • Inventory levels and availability.

  • Current market demand.

  • Other business and pricing considerations determined by Sashka Co.

Accordingly, discounts may vary by product, and some items may be excluded from certain promotions unless expressly stated.

Can prices change without notice?

Yes. Sashka Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to establish, modify, increase, decrease, suspend, or discontinue product prices, discounts, promotions, flash sales, and product availability at any time and without prior notice, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Do you honor previous sale prices?

No. Promotional pricing is valid only during the applicable promotional period and while the offer remains active. Once a promotion or flash sale has ended, regular pricing or updated pricing will apply. Except where required by applicable law, Sashka Co. does not provide retroactive price adjustments, refunds of price differences, or honor expired promotional pricing.

What if an email, text, or advertisement shows a different price?

Marketing communications are intended to notify customers of promotions but do not constitute a guarantee of any specific price. Because pricing, inventory, and promotional offers may change before, during, or after a campaign is delivered, the current price displayed on the Sashka Co. website at the time of checkout will control.

When is my price locked in?

Your purchase price is confirmed only after you successfully complete checkout and receive an order confirmation from Sashka Co. Items placed in a shopping cart do not reserve pricing or inventory, and prices may change before checkout is completed.

Reservation of Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sashka Co. reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, technical inaccuracies, promotional errors, or system malfunctions at any time, including after promotional materials have been distributed. Sashka Co. also reserves the right to limit quantities, modify or cancel promotions, exclude products from promotions, and refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors or other material inaccuracies have occurred, subject to applicable law.

Are your bracelets exactly the same as the photos?

No. Every Sashka Co. bracelet is individually handcrafted using artisan techniques. Slight variations in color, bead pattern, texture, finish, sizing, and overall appearance are a natural part of handmade jewelry and make each piece unique. These variations are expected and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear differently depending on your device, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Do you restock sold out or limited-edition bracelets?

Some collections are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, design, color, or collection at any time without prior notice. You can request specific sold-out styles here.

Can my order be canceled?

Sashka Co. reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, inventory shortages, pricing or technical errors, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund of the amount charged will be issued.

What if there is a pricing, inventory, or website error?

While we strive to provide accurate product information, occasional typographical, pricing, inventory, promotional, or technical errors may occur. Sashka Co. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and, where permitted by applicable law, to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Are shipping and delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Are international customers responsible for customs fees?

Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

Can promotions or coupon codes be combined?

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers, discount codes, coupons, and flash sale pricing cannot be combined. Promotions have no cash value, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may exclude certain products or collections.

Can I rely on inventory shown on the website?

Inventory displayed on our website is updated regularly but is not guaranteed. In rare cases, an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed due to simultaneous purchases, inventory adjustments, or other circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for any unavailable item.

Can Sashka Co. change its policies?
