How can I pay for my order online?

Sashka Co. excepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

 

I just submitted an order; can I change it?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-210-9791 and we will make every attempt to honor your request. 

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time is 1-2 business days before the order is shipped.

Are all bracelets exact? 

Due to the fact that each bracelet is hand crafted the bracelet design or color may vary slightly.

 

Did my order go through?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive this email and are unsure if your order went through, please contact Customer Service.

 Do you offer gift packaging?

Each order is packaged in a keepsake Sashka Co. pouch with a story card. 

If you need extra bags and story cards please specify the amount in the note box at checkout.
